Were you aware that in order to uphold your manufacturer's warranty, your Harley-Davidson® motorbike is required to be serviced annually as it is no longer mileage based?
No need to panic – we take on that worry so you don't have to!
When you bring your motorcycle to us, we will ensure you get a full service that is beyond anything you will receive at a normal garage. We have a service advisor at hand who will talk you through all your servicing requirements, upgrades, warranty or recall work and will then get you booked in for a service at a time that suits you.
Each dealership will also have at least one Master Technician for those unexplainable issues that pop up once in a while, so you can be certain that only the best of the best will be taking care of your pride and joy.

All our staff are factory trained professionals, so your motorcycle is in safe hands from the start. Authentic, classic, whatever they call it, your bike still rides like a Harley® and feels like a Harley® with its tech in-tact.
Whilst Harley-Davidson® has succeeded in creating a legacy of motorcycles over 110 years ago, we have deliberately minimised the modification to the exterior of a Harley® in order to maintain the heritage of the oldest motor company in the world. However, we do not compromise on the technology that lies beneath the skin.
Many of our motorbikes are equipped with Keyless go which is a feature that is normally only found on expensive car brands. It works by recognising the key fob from 8 feet away so that the built-in movement alarm switches off and the immobiliser can be disabled allowing you to sit on the motorcycle, turn the switch on and go!
As a standard, nearly all of our bikes include the Anti-Lock Braking systems (ABS) but this won't be evident in the exterior as we like to maintain the sleek authentic Harley® character whilst keeping the technology concealed underneath the skin.
Not only this, but we've even integrated slipper clutches into some of our bikes which is technology straight from the race tracks, which ensure that your back wheels don't lock when going down too many gears for the road speed.
A collection of our bikes no longer have a throttle cable – by using the movement of your right hand, an electronic signal is transmitted to the main computer which delivers either more or less power – this is what we call next level technology!

Harley-Davidson® have become pioneers in packing innovative technology underneath the sleek authentic exterior of a classical looking Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle to ultimately increase user experience. However, we don't only invest in our technology, we also invest in our staff in order to provide an all-around amazing experience for our customers.
For example, the latest Harley-Davidson® Fatboy® will be furnished with a completely new chassis, fuel injection, a different gearbox, 2 engine changes, ABS, CAN bus wiring, 200mm wide tyres and a multitude of other changes. In order to resolve any issues with such a bike, would require a technician that is fully acquainted with these advances in technology, therefore it is compulsory for all staff members to attend regular courses at our very own Harley-Davidson® University to update their knowledge. While it may seem cheaper to go to an aftermarket service shop, they will not be equipped with the same up to date skills or tools that Harley-Davidson® employees have access to.
Direct access is available to Harley-Davidson® Motor Company in the U.S as well as the factory engineers that created your bike.
Occasionally when an uncommon problem appears there's no need to spend hours researching for a solution – just bring it to us and let us solve it for you.
We are continuously updating our knowledge and global network with any queries and faults found all around the world. We have direct access to the Harley-Davidson® Motor Company in the U.S as well as the engineers that designed and built your motorcycle, so it is likely that when you come to us we will already familiar with any problems that you are experiencing.
We constantly look out for improvements or safety recalls on your bike from the Motor Company.
While Harley-Davidson® proceed to maintain their iconic legacy, we are also constantly working on the evolution of our motorbikes underneath the skin to remain at the forefront of technology, therefore on occasions where we find a better solution for a part, we will introduce a product improvement campaign.
This, however, does not mean anything is wrong with your bike, it just means we have discovered an improvement that would be more reliable or efficient.
Every Harley-Davidson® is handmade, and on very rare occasions we may find that despite the hours spent on the testing, iteration and development of a part, it may still not work as expected. Or a faulty batch of components may have slipped through our quality control. If this becomes as a safety concern, the Motor Company will issue a global recall of your motorcycle and write to all those who have bikes that may have been affected.
You will then have the option to call us up and schedule a time to suit you, so we are able to inspect the defective part and carry out any replacements or repairs free of charge. Even if you don't get round to bringing it into us, we will still check any recalls for your bike when you bring it in for your service to ensure you are always kept up to date!
Looking after you, our customer, is our highest priority. Even when your bike is in for a tyre change, we still check all other main components for your safety so you can continue to enjoy your Harley®.

With our service, you will receive an official Bar and Shield stamp in your service book protecting the resale value of your bike, so in the future when you want to upgrade your motorbike, you will get much more if you bring it back to us. Now that's what we call taking care of our customers!
In order to save you time and money, we only ever use the latest computer diagnostic tools.
Along with our evolving technology, we have invested in brand new state of the art equipment enabling us to quickly and efficiently diagnose faults to ensure that the cost is minimal to our customers. This can only be done when our technicians are conscious of where to start when problems arise. For example, when a technician is working with a V-Rod, he is aware that by pressing a button underneath the speedometer would cause all the fault codes to appear on the LCD display, hence allowing the technician to start working on the fault right away.
Even when your bike comes in for its regular service, we only use the latest Harley-Davidson® Technician 2 computer which is our most recent specialist tool. As soon as we plug it into your bike, we have immediate access to data from all the onboard sensors, any current and historical fault codes as well as the option to change your motorbike settings.
