I Joined the Harley-Davidson family as a complete Novice in May 2008 having been responsible for running many premium car brands. With no Biking experience my 1st job was to get myself riding, after a few attempts I finally got the opportunity the ride a bike and have not looked back since.  I have enjoyed some fantastic riding with the best trip being across the Rockies on a 2005 Fat Boy.

I enjoy riding all the different bikes from a Touring bike to a Sportster. With the benefit of being to ride such a vast choice of the current models, I am on the lookout for something special that I can call my own.  Hopefully we will catch each other on a ride very soon. Ride Safe

Craig Cooper  - Aftersales Leader.

Craig has had many years of working at Premier Motor Dealerships and joined us 20 months ago to help bring that feeling to the Premier Motorcycle Brand, an avid biker of all sorts from Mountain Biking, Track Days or even going for a good cruise.

Craig 1st got interested in Harley-Davidsons after seeing a certain Star’s and Stripes XR750 jumping over some buses. 

Dawn Exton ( Blondie) - Merchandising

Dawn is 1 of our longer serving team and has been responsible for all the Merchandise that you see in the store, Dawn’s favourite Harley is the FLHRC Road King which her Partner Dave owns, while Dawn does ride herself she is a very active member of Our Chapter and can be found enjoying many of the ride outs as well helping to arrange events for both the dealership and the chapter.

Dawn’s best riding experience was a 2 week trip across USA from Las Vegas to South Dakota to enjoy the World Famous Sturgis Rally, Dawn’s quote of the day would be “I live the lifestyle and I am a Harley Babe through and through”

Dean Smitheman ( Dino) - Sales Executive

Dean has worked for us for the last 7 years having spent 4 years as a technician at our Birmingham and store. In the last 3 years Dean has been helping make your dreams come true as a Salesperson.  With over 30 years riding experience his favourite bike is his beloved Buell X1 which he spends hours on each night trying to get the very best from the bike with its stop start technology having done a lot of the work himself.

Dean has recently purchased himself a 1200 custom sportster as his next project.  He also is very passionate about his other hobby Poker and is always trying to get his next big win.

Jack Baugh - Technician

Our very own Trained Technician Jack joined us after completing 1 year at college doing a car mechanics course, Jack saw the light and decided he would love to become a fully trained Harley Technician so was taken on as an apprentice, Jack completed his apprentice with us and has worked here for a total of 9 years. Currently Jack owns a customized 2001 Night Train to which he has done all his own work on the bike.

Jack has been riding motorbikes since he was 12 years old and motorbikes have been in his family since the 1920’s when his Great Grandad bought one of the 1st sunbeams.  Jack also owns a 1996 fireblade that he is using for the winter months to save his Harley.

Jessie Beardmore - Sales Administrator

Jessie joined us in May 2011 as our Sales administrator. This is Jessie’s 1st job at a Motorcycle dealership and working amongst all the diehard Harley nuts has been and eye opener for her. Jess is responsible for ensuring that the team deliver fantastic service to all our customers who purchase their dreams from us by making sure that all the paperwork is correctly completed.

At only 19 Jessie does not have a bike licence - something that we remind her of every day, and something that we are planning to change in the near future...

Richard Bottle - Driver & Valeter

Richard is the man that will help get your bike back to looking its best. With  vast experience in cleaning bikes and using only the best Harley-Davidson cleaning products we can get most bikes back to a good showroom condition. Richard has been a valuable person in helping our Race Team compete in the XR1200 Race series over the past 2 years helping us get to within a whisker of the championship this year. From changing clutches, crash rebuilds and Race prep Rich did it all with a smile on his face.

It is no surprise that Richards Favourite Harley is the XR1200x.  Not owning a car he has the pleasure of Riding all year round in all weathers so also knows how to protect your bike from the changing seasons we get in the UK.

Sarah Bishop - Service Advisor

Sarah has worked for us for the last 2 years having previously worked at our store in Birmingham for 2 years.  Prior to this Sarah was a service advisor for a Volvo dealer for 3 years. Sarah’s favourite Harleys are sportsters which is why she currently owns a Nightster and a ER500 which is used for commuting to work.

Sarah has been riding for last 9 years and enjoys getting out on her Harley on a nice sunny day (if there is such a thing in the UK). As well as riding bikes Sarah also enjoys Camping.

Steve Hadley aka (Big Steve or Swan)

Parts advisor. Steve has worked for us for the last 18 months having previously worked as a parts manager at another motorcycle dealer. Steve has always had a passion for Motorbikes and has been riding for 10 years and has owned many over the years.  Currently Steve has a Tiger 800 XC which he uses for commuting to work every day and his favourite Harley is a 1990 FLSTF as inspired like many by the Terminator film.

Steve’s best ring trip was taking a 2 week tour across Europe which took in some of the finest riding roads that you can find including the Stelvio Pass and Gross Glockner.  Steve is always on hand to help you get the best custom parts for your bike.

Richard Grantham - Business Manager

Rich has been with us since 2008 having originally starting at our Birmingham store and then moving to Wolverhampton in Jan 2011. With many years working in dealerships Richard can get you the best finance package for getting onto your New Harley-Davidson.

Richard has got more into riding this year and has ventured out in all weathers to try the range, with his best 2 choices being the 1200 custom or a Dyna Wide Glide.
